Infobox

@MitchellMatchbox: Could you please provide your reasoning for reverting my removal of the Māori place names from the infobox? Take a read of WP:REVEXP which says that you should provide a reason when undoing an edit.

This is an English language encyclopaedia so it does not make much sense to me for the infobox location to say "Christchurch, New Zealand (Māori: Ōtautahi, Aotearoa)" when those names are not used in English. Do you think that a university in Florence should say the location is "Florence, Italy (Italian: Firenze, Italia)"? ―Panamitsu (talk) 01:18, 29 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

University of Canterbury AFC

Hi all,

Was wondering if adding this page, University of Canterbury AFC, to University of Canterbury#Clubs is fine. As it well is a club in the 172 listed on UCSA Clubs. Just unsure how to add it, have added it to Template:University of Canterbury tho. StolenThought (talk) 07:28, 15 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

From my understanding in WP:FOOTYN, the article is notable because;

1. It is a team that plays in the National Cup, Chatham Cup

2. It is a team that plays in the highest league level, National League Regional Phase: Southern League StolenThought (talk) 07:43, 15 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
